One thing I am wondering is whether President Putin will take the initiative and beat Obama to the punch with ET Disclosure and information about the interaction with various governments with different groups of ETs for the last 70 years? Would love him to do… what do you think are the chances that President Putin will go down in history as the President who had to balls to tell the world population the truth that has been denied them for so long?
